The software that came with this item is out-dated and can't be updated like it claims. I can't even get a hold of the manufacturer of the software to figure out how to update it.

Other than the software issue, this is a good deal on the case even though I don't see how it can claim to hold up to 8 UMD discs when I can only fit 4 plus one in the PSP itself. They must expect you to slide 2 UMDs into each slot but I'm not gonna take a chance on damaging them.

The kit also came with a very flimsy kickstand that I'm not even gonna attach to my PSP that I don't see listed in the written description of the product.

This Kit works fine, the CD is a bit useless, some save games that i'll never use and some other stuff that for me is useless too. But the case is cool, you can hold up to 4 games in it, it has two protective game holders. Also the car charger is very cool for long trips when the batteries goes off. Also comes with head phones with two exits, where two people can hear on both ears. Overall is very good kit, i only think that the CD is usless.

I didn't buy this product through Amazon, but overall this is a great starter kit for every PSP 2000/3000 users. The reason why i bought this item is because my charger/adapter was lost. I've been using my PSP for more than a year and i had most of the items included this kit but adapter itself cost me about the same so i ended up buying this package and I luv it! The traveler case is very slim compared to what i had. It has a rubber band that tightens up my PSP so it feels good when playing a game or carrying it around while putting my PSP in the case. Charger works great with any computer/laptop. NOTICE: it doesn;t come with a 110V power so you MUST have computer connection. Data cable is attatched with the power cable so you don't need two seperate cable when traveling. Earbud works OK (you don't expect the highest quality anyway). Other stuffs works fine! But i am not sure with "pro-media director" thingy.

I bought this product for one reason and one reason alone and it was for the thumb piece that the picture displays! When I got the package in I was shocked that it didn't come with the thumb piece! I don't mind the car charger but come on. Can we say FALSE ADVERTISEMENT????????

it is a horrible product and is not worth it. It is a good product though. depends on you it is not excellent quality.
